Our Baytown office was opened to extend Dr. Rehan Memon's interventional practice into east Houston, where patients have historically had to travel 40 minutes or more for board-certified pain care. The Baker Road suite is sized for an unhurried evaluation: a focused exam, a careful look at your imaging, and a written plan that lays out what we recommend, why, and what your insurance is likely to cover. Procedures performed in clinic include epidural steroid injections, facet and medial branch blocks, sacroiliac joint injections, trigger point injections, and radiofrequency ablation candidacy reviews.

Suite B is a ground-floor accessible suite with ample free parking immediately in front of the entrance and an ADA-friendly door. There is no stair climb, and check-in is a few steps from the main door.

Mont Belvieu is about 10 minutes east on I-10. Crosby is roughly 15 minutes north via Crosby-Lynchburg Road. Both are well within the catchment for our weekly schedule.
