Meet The Doctor

Dr. Rehan Memon, MD

Interventional Pain Management Specialist

Dr. Rehan Memon is a board-certified interventional pain specialist serving Pasadena, Baytown, Katy, and the Greater Houston area.

With fellowship-level training in interventional pain management, his focus is on image-guided procedures that treat pain at its source. That care model is evidence-based, minimally invasive, and built around restoring function without defaulting to surgery, keeping opioid medication a last resort rather than a first step.

Care philosophy
Diagnosis first. Clear options. Treatment plans built around function.

Patients should quickly understand what is causing pain, which non-surgical options may help, and how soon treatment can start.

Treatments

Procedures patients actually come looking for.

We use minimally invasive treatments such as epidural injections, nerve blocks, facet procedures, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulation when they match the diagnosed pain source.

FAQ

Questions that should never slow down scheduling.

Find quick answers about Medicare, insurance, appointment timing, our approach to pain medication, and what to expect before the first visit.

Scheduling
Referral required for all new patients

Yes. We accept Medicare, UHC, BCBS, Wellmed, Wellcare, Molina, Cigna, and most major insurance plans. Our team can verify your coverage before your appointment.

We schedule new patients by referral. Once we receive your referral, our team will confirm the soonest available appointment in Pasadena, Baytown, or Katy.

Our approach is interventional first: epidural injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and other minimally invasive options that treat pain at its source. Opioid medication is a last resort rather than a starting point, but Dr. Memon does prescribe it when it is genuinely the right choice for a patient. He is also certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine and treats patients with substance use disorders, including opioid addiction.

Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, current medications, and any prior imaging or specialist records that may help guide treatment planning.
